Already a billionaire and freshly out of college? Life could be tougher for a 24 year old.

Perenna attained her Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics at the University of London, which helped with her holding 85% in Logan Property Holdings, along with a family trust, and having many businesses in Guernsey and the Cayman Islands.

She holds the majority stake in Logan Property, which only sells mid to high end properties in Shenzhen, which makes her the youngest billionaire in the world, making more than Dustin Moskovitz, the co-founder of Facebook.
