Late wife of Steve Jobs, Laurene Powell Jobs has made a name for herself. She went to the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and got a Bachelor of Arts and Science, going on to get a Masters in Business Administration at the Stanford Graduate School of  Business.

She gives speeches on a regular basis at Capitol Hill on how to provide citizenship for the children of illegal immigrants, and is one of the largest donors to Hillary Clinton’s super pac, Ready for Hillary, making her a huge social and political influence on people.

Laurene helps deprived students through her company Emerson Collective, by using entrepreneurship to advance social reform. She does huge amounts of work to help under resourced students, such as starting College Track, a nonprofit college completion program, and President Obama’s “My Brother’s Keeper” program. She committed to donating $50 million dollars in 2014 to building better high school programs in certain districts. Laurene also happens to be the largest individual shareholder in Disney, with a 7.7% share.
