Serra Sabanci graduated from Portsmouth University, received honors in the Department of Economics from Istanbul Bilgi University, and is now a shareholder and board member in Turkey’s largest industrial and financial conglomerate, Sabanci Holdings. After her father was gunned down by assassins in 1996, she followed in his footsteps, becoming the 28th richest person in the world.
