People often go about completing a certain task the wrong way, as opposed to the easier, more correct way to do something. This is nothing to be ashamed of; we are all humans, and we all make mistakes.
However, some mistakes are more egregious than others. We can all understand putting a plate in the wrong place in the dishwasher every once in a while, but these fails? They”re just plain unacceptable.
